We made the mistake of signing the lease online prior to touring the location due to time constraints. We decided to move in anyway because we needed a place to move to from my in-laws' place. The place is dirty, infested with rats/mice and not luxurious at all. The pics on their website were not that of the actual apartments. Since we moved in, however, they have since been bought by a new company and the new company has been making major improvements to the building and the apartments.

Parking gates not working and left open for days at a time, cars broken into, and Linda didn't alert residents to crimes for at least a month. Elevators frequently broken, pacakge system broken to the point that delivery has been delayed up to 2 weeks, and roaches throughout the building . Most recently, Linda called the police on a resident who alerted neighbors to break-ins in garage.
